Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will package your items according to our precise and precise specifications. Prior to shipping, your goods are carefully examined and safely secured. Everyday we deliver hundreds of packages to our customers across many countries. The fact that we're committed to becoming the biggest online retailer in the world is evident. Both Europe and the USA have warehouses and distribution centers.

Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a separate processing time for each item.

We will carefully examine all items ordered before shipping. Most orders are now shipped within 48 hrs. The delivery time will be between 3 and 7 working days.

Returns

Due to multiple entities such as the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to completely manage our stock. So the actual stock may change at any time. It's possible that you may not receive your order once it has been placed.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you don't receive the product within the 30 days period, we are not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.

The item should not be in use and must be in its original condition. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
